DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary express shipping on all Australian orders over $550AUD. All other orders will be charged $10AUD.
Domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours via Australia Post Express with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days from dispatch.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
SAME DAY SYDNEY METRO SHIPPING
Customers within metro Sydney are eligible for our same day delivery service.
Orders must be placed before 2pm to receive your order the same day. If you place your order after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive your order the next business day.
Same day shipping is charged at a flat fee of $25.
Please note our Same Day Sydney Metro Shipping service is only available for orders over $399.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
United States of America
We offer complimentary express shipping on all shipments over $850USD. All other orders will be charged $40AUD.
Please note that orders above $1000 AUD shipped to the United States may require a formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number (SSN) in order to clear your order through customs.
Europe
We offer complimentary express shipping on all shipments over €700. All other orders will be charged $40AUD.
Rest of World
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
All international orders are dispatched within 48 hours via DHL Express with an average delivery time of 5-7 business days from dispatch.
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Please note if an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us; and this will be deducted from the refund once received back to our warehouse. Costs may vary.
WAREHOUSE OPERATING HOURS
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and during public holiday periods.
Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
